The studio rolled MoodMonkey out inside its own development team. Short, regular mood check-ins take seconds, so they survive busy sprints, and together they build a shared picture of how the team is trending.

The point was never to monitor individuals. It was to give the team a low-effort way to say how things are going, and to give leadership a reason to start a conversation before guessing was the only tool available.
