The story behind MoodMonkey

With over 50 years of combined experience in occupational health, organizational psychology, and workplace innovation, we know what it takes to build healthier teams. The idea for MoodMonkey was born out of decades spent leading a national occupational health service, where we saw how often employees felt unheard and real insights got lost in paperwork. Driven by a deep belief that every voice matters, we created MoodMonkey to finally give organizations a simple, effective way to listen and act, every single day.
